top consumers

Description of problem: The selection by resource dropdown on Top consumers card shows only 6 types of resources, while there are more.

How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open VM overview page
2. Scroll to Top consumers card

Actual results: only 6 sections are present

3. Click on "View virtualization dashboard" link
4. Select "KubeVirt/Infrastructure Resources/Top Consumers" from Dasboard dropdown

Expected results: compare to number of sections at Dashboards page

6 cards should be the design.
The problem is that two CPU cards show there, one of them should be vCPU wait.
