Note:
a vm may not have a template name+namespace, in this cases we can't show a link

a - if template name and namespace available we can have a link (the namespace is added when creating a vm via the wizard)
b - if template only have a name but not a namespace, we can have the name without a link (because without namespace we can't have a link)
c - if template does not have a name, show "Not available" or similar text ?
