This package is a backport of the Python 3.7+ standard library contextvars.  Since EL9 uses Python 3.9, I don't think this package makes sense for EPEL9.  If you have some other package that depends on this, the software should probably be modified so that it only requires contextvars when running on Python less than 3.7.
