Description of problem: When the upgrade from Ceph 4 to 5 is performed in the OpenStack context, ceph-ansible triggers the rolling_update playbook, which is supposed to rollout new Ceph containers. However, the playbook fails in [1]. The ceph-infra role tries to take care about: 1. Firewall: this part is skipped in the TripleO context through [2] 2. Ntp: this part is managed by Tripleo through [3] 3. logrotate: managed through [4] For this reason we should have an additional tag (when the role is imported in [1]) to optionally skip that part.
