Description of problem:

In hypershift deployment, dpu-network-operator is supposed to run in the management cluster which could be x86 arch that is different from dpu arch (amd64). dpu-network-operator shall be displayed on x86 clusters.

wrong statement in bug description on dpu arch, it should be dpu arch (arm64)*

Move this bug to verified since DPU feature is not in 4.11
