Description of problem:
NodeMaintenance CR moved to https://github.com/medik8s/node-maintenance-operator which changed the apiGroup identifier. metal3 plugin needs to work with this updated CR too. JIRA for reference https://issues.redhat.com/browse/ECOPROJECT-538

Launch ocp 4.11 edge cluster with payload 4.11.0-0.nightly-2022-06-01-200905.
Install NMO according to https://github.com/medik8s/node-maintenance-operator#deploy-the-latest-version.
Then go to on node page, trigger "Start Maintenance" from action list. The node could be under maintenance status. 
The bug is fixed.
