Description of problem:
Please build tcltls for EPEL 9. Note that it needs to be tcltls-1.7.22-6 (or later), otherwise bug #2088363 re-appears on EPEL 9.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
tcltls-1.7.22-6.fc37

Actual results:
No tcltls in EPEL 9.

Expected results:
tcltls-1.7.22-6.el9 - or better ;-)

Additional info:
Please let me know if you are not interested in maintaining the package on EPEL 9 branch.
