Description of problem: The version of tcltls in EPEL 7 only supports TLSv1.2, but not TLSv1.3 - which would be helpful. At the same time a rebase to tcltls 1.7 could make sense, too. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): tcltls-1.6.7-2.el7 Actual results: No TLSv1.3 support Expected results: TLSv1.3 support Additional info: https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/tcltls/pull-request/1 is my pull request for this.
