Description of problem:
Web terminal websocket connection restarts when web terminal tabs are switched.

How reproducible:
Using OCP 4.11 and using multitabbed Web Terminal


Steps to Reproduce:
1.Install Web Terminal operator using OperatorHUB
2. Click on cloudshell masthead button to launch web Terminal.
3. Open multiple tabs and run commands like `oc get pods`
4. Switch between terminal tabs 

Actual results:
The data and progress in an individual terminal gets lost when switching tabs


Expected results:
The data and progress in a terminal should remain
