Created attachment 1885497 [details]
OBC dashboard.

Description of problem :-
---------------------------
In tab " Creation of new Object Bucket Claim" , under Storage Class drop down the description for " ocs-storagecluster-ceph-rgw " and "openshift-storage.noobaa.io" is missing . Screenshot for the same tab for ODF 4.10 is attached .

Version of all relevant components:-
-------------------------------------
ODF :

[root@localhost tup]# oc get csv odf-operator.v4.11.0 -o yaml -n openshift-storage| grep full_version
    full_version: 4.11.0-82
          f:full_version: {}

OCP :

[root@localhost tup]# oc get clusterversion
NAME VERSION AVAILABLE PROGRESSING SINCE STATUS
version 4.11.0-0.nightly-2022-05-25-193227 True False 5h12m Cluster version is 4.11.0-0.nightly-2022-05-25-193227

Steps to Reproduce:
---------------------
1. Go to storage --> object bucket Claim --> create new OBC .

2. Click on " storage class " drop down .

Actual results:
------------------
The description for " ocs-storagecluster-ceph-rgw " and "openshift-storage.noobaa.io" is missing.

Expected results:
------------------
(a) The description for " ocs-storagecluster-ceph-rgw " should be "Provides Object Bucket Claims(OBCs) | openshift-storage.ceph.rook.io/bucket".

(b) The description for "openshift-storage.noobaa.io" should be "Provides Object Bucket Claims(OBCs) | openshift-storage.noobaa.io/obc".

Installed cluster with following configuration

OCP
oc get clusterversion
NAME VERSION AVAILABLE PROGRESSING SINCE STATUS
version 4.11.0-0.nightly-2022-07-06-145812 True False 4d14h Cluster version is 4.11.0-0.nightly-2022-07-06-145812

ODF
oc get csv odf-operator.v4.11.0 -o yaml -n openshift-storage| grep full_version
    full_version: 4.11.0-111
          f:full_version: {}

Description is not visible on OBC for storage clsses. Moving back bug to assigned state

Not a blocker, moving it out. Please re-target with blocker justification if that is not the case.
