Description of problem: For templates without provided BootSource, if users select the "Boot from CD" checkbox, then the Disk source should be auto-selected to “Blank” option.

How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Select template with no BootSource
2. Click "Customize VirtualMachine" button
3. Check Boot from CD checkbox

Actual results: Disk Source dropdown does not change


Expected results: Disk Source dropdown changes to "Blank"
