Please build cdrdao for EPEL9, thanks!

If you do not wish to maintain it for EPEL, please add me (orion) to the package and I can request the branch and build it.

Upstream here. I'll be releasing 1.2.5 soon, but feel free to try the latest dev branch (https://github.com/cdrdao/cdrdao/tree/dev)
