Description of problem:
Publishing a version of a CV with an errata date exclusion filter results in packages that belong to erratas that should be excluded being added to the published version.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a CV with RHEL 8 baseos and appstream repositories
2. Create an errata exclude filter with date 2021-12-30
3. Publish a version of the CV

Actual results:
The following packages are present in the published version:

Additional info:
I can reproduce motif packages on 6.9.9 and 6.10, but I can't reproduce prometheus-jmx-exporter-openjdk11 on said versions.
