Description of problem:
Errornous entries in ta-tamil99 keymap

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
1.3.3-27.fc6

How reproducible:
Everytime

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start Gedit
2. Start scim, select ta-tamil99 keymap
3. Type any of the following key combinations -> "Ef", "Rf", "RR", "Ra", "RRq",
"RRs", "RRw", "RRd", "RRe", "RRg", "RRt", "RRr", "RRc", "RRx", "RRz"
  
Actual results:
"Ef" gives ஜ்

Expected results:
"Ef" should give "ஜ்"

Fixed in m17n-db-tamil-1.3.3-28.fc6

Thanks for fixing. Anyway it was a problem in my pango rendering. It shows
everything correct in my system. Cheating pango :)
