Please branch and build python-graphviz in EPEL 8/9.

I would like to request a python package for graphviz (https://pypi.org/project/graphviz/) similar to the existing packages in Fedora (python3-graphviz). I could help with testing.

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora Linux 37 development cycle.
Changing version to 37.

I think it has actually been filled against the wrong Product. Can the product be changed to "Fedora EPEL"?

Normally EPEL bugs for packages that have never been in EPEL have to be filed against the Fedora product because the component for the package doesn’t exist yet in the Fedora EPEL product. In this case, epel8 and epel9 branches were requested in the past (but never used), so I was able to adjust the product.

It is very difficult to branch graphviz due to very old dependency on EPEL9.
