FEDORA-2022-6280e3186d has been pushed to the Fedora 37 stable repository. If problem still persists, please make note of it in this bug report.
Is there a reason for backported a few sporadic patches instead of building this on F36 and F35 directly? The only breaking change would be the removal of xmppconnect, but you backported that anyway, so it would be in line with the Updates Policy to build 2.14.10 on stable releases.
