Description of problem:
When a user opens the quick search modal with ctrl+space (or by clicking on the icon), it doesn't close if the user presses ctrl+space gain.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
At least with 4.10+ (Sandbox)

Maybe also in old versions but we don't need to backport this

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Import a component and open the topology.
2. Press ctrl+space to open the quick search
3. Press ctrl+space again

Actual results:
Quick search stays open

Expected results:
Quick search should close
