Description of problem:
ceph mon crashed while adding advance lvm scenario osds

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
16.2.8-34.el8cp

How reproducible:
1/1

Steps to Reproduce:
1. initially bootstrap a cluster
2. add two hosts
3. add advanced lvm osds using spec file

Actual results:
crash is reported in ceph -s

Expected results:
crash shouldn't be observed
