Description Standa Laznicka 2022-06-06 15:18:14 UTC
This is a NOOP in 4.11 as that has already had the correct dependency vendored for some time.

Comment 1 David Eads 2022-06-06 15:22:12 UTC
This has shown up as we've worked on etcd scaling.

Comment 4 Xingxing Xia 2022-06-18 02:42:23 UTC
https://github.com/openshift/oauth-apiserver/blob/master/go.mod shows last change is since Mar 2, it always had been 1.23.1:
...
	k8s.io/api v0.23.1
	k8s.io/apiextensions-apiserver v0.23.1
	k8s.io/apimachinery v0.23.1
	k8s.io/apiserver v0.23.1
	k8s.io/client-go v0.23.1
	k8s.io/code-generator v0.23.1
	k8s.io/component-base v0.23.1
	k8s.io/klog/v2 v2.30.0
	k8s.io/kube-aggregator v0.23.1
	k8s.io/kube-openapi v0.0.0-20211115234752-e816edb12b65
	k8s.io/kubernetes v1.23.1
...

So this is a NOOP in 4.11, moving to VERIFIED directly to make BZ bot happy (will prefer to move to NOTA after bug 2094022 would be done).
