Description of problem:
The upstream patch [1] adds to test_server_connectivity_live_migration some validations that are executed during the live migration action. It measures the downtime during the live migration and the test fails if the downtime duration is higher than a configured threshold.

The Fixed in version package contains the required patch - backport was successful -> VERIFIED.
