Description of problem: When input field name has both "?" icon and red "*" icon, the cursor above "?" is pointer (link). If the field is not required, the cursor above "?" is regular arrow. In both cases clicking on "?" pops a tooltip.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start customized VM creation flow
2. Hover with mouse over "?" icon next to "Boot from CD" checkbox, then click it
3. Hover with mouse over "?" icon next to "Disk source" title, then click it

Actual results: Cursor have different forms


Expected results: cursor should have same form for "?" icon for both required and optional fields
