Describe the issue: 
We do not detail the minimum Azure Stack Hub version required to run OpenShift. We should document it, the current tested minimum is 2008.

Suggestions for improvement: 
In either of the two URLs above, whichever you feel is most appropriate, please add the minimuim Azure Stack Hub version of 2008 as a pre-requisite so that we're sure customers are using a minimum version.

Azure Stack Hub installation is only supported in 4.9 and newer.
