CD source options

Description of problem: When a VM is created and Boot from CD checkbox is checked, "CD Source" menu lacks "Upload (Upload a new file to a PVC)" option.

How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start creating a VM
2. Check "Boot from CD" checkbox
3. Open "CD Source" menu

Actual results: 3 options are present: URL, PVC, Registry


Expected results: "Upload (Upload a new file to a PVC)" option should be present too
