Description of problem:
When trying to create an mce instance using the blue button, it directs you to the mce section but the page is blank

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
MCE 2.0 GA version from operatorhub

How reproducible:
Very

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to the operator hub and install multicluster engine for Kubernetes
2. Attempt to create a mce instance using the blue button labeled "Create Multicluster-engine
3. Goes to the mce section but is blank

Actual results:
page is blank

Expected results:
Should give a form view or yaml view to create an mce

Note that MCE instance can be created when using the link under ProvidedAPIs
