Descheduler modal

Description of problem: Descheduler modal has same text in both the checkbox title and helper text


Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):


How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start VM creation flow, click "Review and create" button
2. Go to "Scheduling" tab, click "Descheduler" edit icon
3.

Actual results:


Expected results: checkbox title and helper text is the same, except typo in "VitrualMachine"


Additional info: checkbox title should be "Allow the Descheduler for VirtualMachine"

Hi @apinnick 

I want to change the checkbox text to 'Enable Descheduler for this VirtualMachine' instead of the current text that is showing in the screenshot @lkladnit has taken,
can you have a look please?

Aviv, I recommend changing the text to "Enable Descheduler for this virtual machine." Is that OK?

Sure, IMO this is the best.
