IP Address Pool Form View

Description of problem:
Creating CR IP address pool and Community through webconsole in Form View shows the issue.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):


How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install metallb operator and create metallb CR (just so that other issues are not encountered for other APIs)
2. Attempt to create IP address pool and try to add IP address.
3. Attempt to create Community and try to add community string.

Actual results:
Words are truncated, screenshot attached

Expected results:
The words should not be truncated.

Moved to the console, I don't think we are influencing those fields from the csv.

This PR was opened in 4.11 but only merged in 4.12. I have fixed the target release version for this bug. Can you still reproduce it in server version 4.12?
