Description of problem:

The puppet-midonet module was used to deploy Midonet as part of TripleO
but that feature was already removed before Wallaby.

Now puppet-tripleo no longer requires the packge so we can safely remove
the package from our distribution.

We can also removes the following packages required by puppet-midonet.

 puppet-cassandra
 puppet-datacat
 puppet-elasticsearch
 puppet-java
 puppet-kibana3
 puppet-tomcat

These were removed from dependencies by https://review.rdoproject.org/r/c/puppet/puppet-tripleo-distgit/+/43348 and https://review.rdoproject.org/r/c/puppet/puppet-tripleo-distgit/+/43467 .

Reassigned to the component "distribution" and fixed the assignee reset by that reassignment

puppet-java and puppet-zookeeper are required by puppet-kafka but this module is also unused.
So we can remove the following packages.

 puppet-cassandra
 puppet-datacat
 puppet-elasticsearch
 puppet-java
 puppet-kafka
 puppet-kibana3
 puppet-tomcat
 puppet-zookeeper
