The link to the successor Jira issue will be found under "Links", have a little "two-footprint" icon next to it, and direct you to the "RHEL project" in Red Hat Jira (issue links are of type "https://issues.redhat.com/browse/RHEL-XXXX", where "X" is a digit). This same link will be available in a blue banner at the top of the page informing you that that bug has been migrated.

Though the one is shown as "stable-privacy", but after the reproducer, if you go on applying such a state:

I cannot reproduce this problem on NetworkManager-1.39.10-30760.copr.56f0fb752e.el9.x86_64
But I create a PR to hide then `addr-gen-mode` when IPv6 is disabled.

When ipv6 is disabled, `addr-gen-mode` is hidden.
When ipv6 is enabled, `addr-gen-mode` is "eui64" by default
