Description of problem: Kafka sidebar in topology is empty

How reproducible: Always


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Follow the steps mentioned as part of the test setup here https://github.com/openshift/console/pull/11333


Actual results: Shows an empty sidebar


Expected results: Should show the sidebar with the details tab
