Description of problem:
Discussion on the netdev and SELinux mailing lists on 10/4/2006 revealed that
the method NetLabel uses to generate packet contexts was incorrect.  The
following patch, submitted as a bugfix to the current net-2.6 git tree, fixes
this problem:

I see that several of the other NetLabel bugfixes have made it into
kernel-2.6.18-1.2725.el5, what is the status of the bug?
