Topology in dark mode

Description of problem:

How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Enable Dark Mode in the console
2. navigate to the Dev console and create a Nodejs deployment using Sample
3. in the topology see the node icon Nodejs 

Actual results:
Nodejs icon is not properly visible in dark mode

Expected results:
Icons should be visible in dark mode as well.

verified on browser version: chrome 102
