Description of problem:
VM can be created without any disk

How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1. delete all disks while creating the vm
2.

Actual results:
VM is created

Expected results:
It should at least popup warning "No available boot source" window.

Now it shows an error while clicking "Review and create virtualmachine":
Create VirtualMachine error
Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'metadata')

BTW: should it show storage setting if there are no disks in the template?

Create vm from the template "vm-template-example" also see this problem.
- "vm-template-example" is the tempalte created from yaml
