Description of problem:
in templates list, edit boot reference kebab action opens a modal with different title

How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1. go to template list 
2. open kebab, choose edit "boot reference" reference
3.

Actual results:
modal title is different

Expected results:
modal title is same as action
