Description of problem:
in the VM console tab, if a GPU is defined in the VM, show screen tabs

Steps to Reproduce:
1. go to a running VM with GPU defined in the
2. go to console tab in VM details page
3.

Actual results:
VNC window does not have an indication that more screens are available

Expected results:
VNC window has tabs to indicate that more screens are available, and allow to switch between 2 screens.
