Description of problem:

When a user tries to add their own task to a pipeline using pipeline builder, the "Add" button is disabled and cannot be clicked. As a workaround, user can double-click on task name and it would be added to the pipeline.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

4.10.18

How reproducible:

Always, with every task that user creates in their own namespace

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a task in namespace
2. Open Pipeline builder
3. Try to add a task from step 1

Actual results:

Add button not clickable

Expected results:

Add button is enabled, user clicks it and task is added to the pipeline
