This bug has been verified on payload 4.12.0-0.nightly-2022-07-31-235028 Verification step: 1. Login OCP, Add "?pseudolocalization=true&lng=en" on the end of the URL 2. Navigate to Administration - Cluster Settings - Cluster Operators 3. Click on the 'Filter' drop-down 4. Check if the values under 'Status' are in i18n format Result: 5. Now the values under 'Status' are in i18n format, the value could be translated successfully Additional information: Currently, the value of 'Progressing', 'Cannot update', and 'Unavailable' do not have translation file yet, so it is still shown in English
