OpenStack recently dropped compatibility with it, dropping the 3.6 compatible versions from requirements. This means that until we switch back to a 3.6-compat requirements, our verify and unit jobs will be broken. Removing the Triaged keyword because: * the QE automation assessment (flag qe_test_coverage) is missing
Moving directly to VERIFIED as this is just fixing the CI, change is not part of the release.
