Multiclusterhub creation stuck in installing phase.

ACM Console is not accessible, even though pods looks healthy.

Notice that there is no management-ingress pod in the list. This is a duplicate of https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2082254

There is a workaround described in that issue.
