Description of problem:
Document referring to submariner is incorrect and throwing 404 exception in RHACM console.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
RHACM 2.5

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to Home -> welcome -> multicluster networking 
2. Under learn about terminology section, when we click view documentation for submariner, it is redirecting to 404 page not found.
3. 

Actual results:
When we click the documentation link for submariner, it is throwing 404 page not found 

Expected results:
It should redirect to submariner documentation

@nchugh The Version field has rhacm-2.4.z but the description says RHACM 2.5.

If you meant 2.5, then it is a duplicate of https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2095333

Please correct the either the Version field or the description.

@kcormier oh yes, the BZ already raised. Yes I meant 2.5 version only. Seems like its a duplicate bug. We are good to close this one.
