Description of problem:
Change a template's workload from 'desktop' to 'server', and then create vm in catalog, it still shows "desktop".

How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1. change a template's workload, such as change "desktop" to "server"
2. select the template in catalog
3.

Actual results:
it shows workload "desktop"

Expected results:
it shows workload "server"
