Creation of OBC

Description of problem :

User is not able to select the storage class from the drop down while creation of Object Bucket Claim and creation of OBC is blocked .

ODF :

Steps to Reproduce:
--------------------
1.Navigate to storage --> Object Bucket Claim --> Create new OBC .



Actual results:
-----------------
Creation of OBC is blocked as user cannot select the storage class.


Expected results:
-----------------
User should be able to select the storage class from drop down and OBC should be successfully created.
