Please build pygrib for EPEL9

mock -r centos-stream+epel-9-x86_64  --rebuild pygrib-${THISVERSION}-${RELEASE}.fc${FEDORA}.src.rpm
shows the following missing dependencies:

No matching package to install: 'natural-earth-map-data-110m'
No matching package to install: 'natural-earth-map-data-50m'
No matching package to install: 'python3-cartopy'
No matching package to install: 'python3-pytest-mpl'
Not all dependencies satisfied
Error: Some packages could not be found.

current version numbers that I used are: mock -r centos-stream+epel-9-x86_64 --rebuild pygrib-2.1.6-1.fc40.src.rpm
