Description of problem:
Commit: 12c5e81d3fd0 ("audit: prepare audit_context for use in calling contexts beyond syscalls")
that was backported in bz2035123 mr 1872 has an upstream fix:
stable-5.19 audit-pr-20220616 on v5.19-rc2 in v5.19-rc3 ef79c396c664 ("audit: free module name")
