Description of problem:
We correctly support creating of PVC using DV in the case of "upload"
( Storage -> PVC -> upload ), admins may want to use the DV mechanism to create
PVCs using DV in other cases like clone other PVC, blank, registry

Actual results:
No way to create a new PVC using a DV

Expected results:
A way to create a PVC using DV exist

Close the bug as it's using the instanceType to create the VM now, it supports creating VM from PVC directly.
