Description of problem: Event sources do not show up until KnativeServing is installed and even if knativeEventing is installed.

How reproducible: Always


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install serverless operator
2. Create knativeEventing CR

Can follow https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en-us/openshift_container_platform/4.10/html/serverless/install#serverless-install-serving-web-console_installing-knative-serving 

Actual results: Event sources do not show up until KnativeServing is installed in topology view


Expected results: Event sources should show up if KnativeEventing is installed across in Add, Admin and topology view
