"printing document" box is present.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
firefox-1.5.0.7-1.fc5

How reproducible:
Always.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Find a document.
2. Print it.
3. Quickly close either its window or tab.

Actual results:
Firefox dies. No printout.

Expected results:
Firefox survives and prints.

Additional info:
I believe this has been seen (and rumbled around) before in the Mozilla
Bugzilla, but I can't find where.
