Doc Text:	Cause: RGW as shipped with RHCS-5.1 inadvertently contained logic related to not-yet-GA support for dynamic bucket-index resharding in multisite replication setups. This logic was intentionally removed from RHCS-5.2. Consequence: A side effect of this history is that sites which have upgraded to RHCS-5.1 cannot upgrade to RHCS-5.2, since 5.2's bucket metadata handling is not compatible with that of RHCS-5.1. Fix: This situation will be resolved via upgrade to RHCS-5.3. Result: RHCS-5.3 is able to operate on buckets created in all (recently) prior versions, including 5.1.	Story Points:	---

Description of problem:

While testing the upgrade from 5.1 to 5.2 we observed that the bucket stats command fails using the upgraded radosgw-admin binary. If we downgrade the binary to 5.1, it works fine in the 5.2 cluster.

This was observed before in moving from RHCS 5.0 to 5.1 in Bug 2062855. 

Debug info (--debug-rgw=20 --debug-ms=1) was collected for both binaries and will be attached.
