Steps to Reproduce:
1. Navigate to dev console Add page
2. Navigate to the Deploy Image form by clicking on the Container image card on Add page
3. Enter something in `Image name from external registry` field and delete it

Actual results:
The required text below the field is not red in color.

Expected results:
The required text below the field should be red in color.
