Rebase to version 1.9.0

Sorry, I already did the rebase, but there are some newly failing tests on i686 and I didn't find time to look at that.

Comment 16 Fedora Update System 2022-08-30 08:58:43 UTC
FEDORA-2022-9bd8572a20 has been submitted as an update to Fedora 36. https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-2022-9bd8572a20

Comment 17 Fedora Update System 2022-08-31 09:57:28 UTC
FEDORA-2022-9bd8572a20 has been pushed to the Fedora 36 testing repository.
Soon you'll be able to install the update with the following command:
`sudo dnf upgrade --enablerepo=updates-testing --refresh --advisory=FEDORA-2022-9bd8572a20`
You can provide feedback for this update here: https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-2022-9bd8572a20

See also https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/QA:Updates_Testing for more information on how to test updates.

Comment 18 Zbigniew Jędrzejewski-Szmek 2022-08-31 18:49:34 UTC
There has been some confusion. There are no commits for scipy-1.9 in dist-git
(and obviously no builds in koji). The update that was linked is for mutt.

(FWIW, I'd love to test scipy 1.9.1 in Fedora.)

Comment 19 Fedora Update System 2022-09-08 11:01:48 UTC
FEDORA-2022-9bd8572a20 has been pushed to the Fedora 36 stable repository.
If problem still persists, please make note of it in this bug report.

Comment 20 Pavel Šimovec 2022-10-05 11:17:03 UTC
There are test failures on i686 architecture with scipy 1.9.1.
