Description Orion Poplawski 2022-06-26 17:44:52 UTC
Please branch and build python-textfsm in epel9.

If you do not wish to maintain python-textfsm in epel9,
or do not think you will be able to do this in a timely manner,
I would be happy to be a co-maintainer of the package (FAS orion);

please add me through https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/python-textfsm/adduser

It appears to build fine: https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/taskinfo?taskID=88767389

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora Linux 37 development cycle.
Changing version to 37.

Comment 2 Orion Poplawski 2022-10-02 20:17:06 UTC
Asking again for a branch and that I'm willing to co-maintain. Thanks.

Comment 3 Javier Peña 2022-10-03 15:51:44 UTC
I have requested a new branch (https://pagure.io/releng/fedora-scm-requests/issue/47910), and will build the current version on epel9 as soon as it is created.

Orion, I've also added you to the package with commit rights. Please make sure you synchronize with the @openstack-sig team before bumping the package version on any of the Fedora branches (EPEL should be fine), since the team tries to keep consistency between the packages and the OpenStack requirements.
